Today marks exactly one year since the member representing Bakori–Danja Federal Constituency in the House of Representatives, Hon. Abdullahi Balarabe Dabai (Tafidan Danja), formally handed over the renovated Child Welfare Clinic under the Family Support Program at Kofar Fada, Bakori, which he rehabilitated using his personal resources.

The renovation of the clinic, which was completed earlier, was fully funded by Hon. Dabai from his salary and allowances and later handed over to the community management committee on January 3, 2025, for effective operation and maintenance. The intervention significantly strengthened access to primary healthcare services for residents of Kofar Fada and neighbouring communities, reducing the burden of travelling long distances to seek medical attention.

The handover ceremony, which was witnessed by community leaders and stakeholders, saw the Village Head of Bakori, Alhaji Abubakar Ibrahim, support the formal transfer of the facility to the committee.

The chairman of the clinic management committee, Alhaji Ali Hassan Waziri, had at the time expressed appreciation to the lawmaker, describing the project as a timely response to the healthcare needs of the community.
The clinic intervention is one of the numerous constituency-focused initiatives executed by Hon. Dabai, spanning healthcare, empowerment, education, youth development and humanitarian support. Through such projects, the lawmaker has continued to demonstrate commitment to improving the welfare and wellbeing of the people of Bakori–Danja Federal Constituency.
