As part of ongoing preparations for the arrival of pilgrims from Katsina State in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia for the 2026 Hajj exercise, the Katsina State Reception Committee in Makkah has held a meeting with officials of the company responsible for providing accommodation and other essential services to the state’s pilgrims.
The meeting focused on arrangements for housing, welfare services and other logistics aimed at ensuring a smooth and successful Hajj operation for pilgrims from the state.
Members of the committee and the service providers discussed key operational issues and reached a common understanding on measures needed to guarantee effective service delivery throughout the pilgrimage period.
The committee emphasized the importance of proper coordination and timely execution of all agreed plans to ensure that pilgrims are adequately catered for during their stay in the Holy Land.
The development forms part of wider efforts by the Katsina State Hajj delegation and the Katsina State Pilgrims Welfare Board to ensure a hitch-free and spiritually rewarding Hajj exercise for all intending pilgrims from the state.
