Katsina, October 29, 2025 — The management of Fasaha Stream has confirmed that one of its co-founders, Muhammad Abubakar, was involved in a road accident on Wednesday evening.
According to a statement from the organisation, Abubakar sustained a fracture in his left leg following the incident and is currently receiving medical attention at the Federal Teaching Hospital, Katsina.
“He is responding well to treatment,” the statement said, expressing gratitude to colleagues, friends, and well-wishers who have reached out since the accident.

While receiving treatment, two members of the Fasaha Stream team, Ahmed Abdulkadir and Yusuf Abba, together with Kabir Abasaya, a contributor to the platform, paid a visit to express solidarity and offer their support.
Another team member, Sadisu Bara’u Imam — who is also Muhammad Abubakar’s brother-in-law, long-time friend, colleague, and ally — has been by his side at the hospital, assisting in his care along with members of Muhammad’s family.
The management reaffirmed that preparations for the full launch of Fasaha Stream remain on course, and the team continues to pray for Abubakar’s swift and complete recovery.
The Fasaha Stream family stands firmly with him at this time and wishes him renewed strength and good health.
