FUMHS Funtua Reschedules Resumption, Lectures to Begin Feb. 23

-

The Management of the Federal University of Medical and Health Sciences, Funtua (FUMHSF), Katsina State, has announced a revision of its resumption schedule, with full resumption and commencement of lectures now fixed for Monday, February 23, 2026.

In a statement signed by the Registrar, the university said the adjustment became necessary due to unforeseen circumstances. The management clarified that the change applies only to the commencement of lectures, noting that all other physical registration activities and on-campus processes remain unaffected and will continue as earlier scheduled.

Students who have successfully completed their registration were advised to regularly check their student dashboards on the university portal for updates, including the official lecture timetable, which is expected to be released shortly. They were also urged to stay alert to other academic information as it becomes available.

The university further cautioned students to rely solely on approved communication channels for authentic information and to disregard unofficial or unverified sources.

Official updates will continue to be communicated through the university’s website, student portal, and the Registrar’s email.

The management thanked students for their understanding and cooperation.
