Governor Dikko Umaru Radda expressed deep shock over what he called a “rude shock,” noting that Tingilin’s tenure was marked by selfless service to the people.

“Under his guidance, efforts to ensure that clean water reached every household in Katsina were greatly intensified and sustained,” the Governor said, adding that he takes solace in the belief that the late Managing Director passed away as a faithful Muslim during the holy month of Ramadan.
