The All Progressives Congress (APC) has released the schedule of fees for aspirants seeking elective positions within the party’s leadership structures and announced dates for its ward, local government, state and national congresses ahead of its next National Convention.

However, the party’s National Working Committee (NWC) disclosed that congresses will not hold in Rivers, Osun, Ekiti states and the Federal Capital Territory (FCT).

In a related development, the APC also published the cost of Expression of Interest and Nomination forms for aspirants contesting party offices at all levels.

At the ward level, Expression of Interest forms cost ₦5,000 for all positions. Nomination forms are priced at ₦20,000 for Ward Chairman, while Ward Secretary and Treasurer will each pay ₦15,000. Ward Vice Chairmen and other ward offices also attract ₦15,000 each.

For the local government level, Expression of Interest forms cost ₦10,000. Nomination forms are set at ₦100,000 for LGA Chairman, ₦50,000 for Vice Chairman, and ₦50,000 each for Secretary, Treasurer and other offices.

At the state level, aspirants are required to pay ₦50,000 for Expression of Interest forms. Nomination forms cost ₦1 million for State Chairman, while State Vice Chairman, Secretary, Treasurer and other state offices attract ₦500,000 each.

For zonal offices, the Expression of Interest form is priced at ₦100,000, while nomination forms for all zonal positions cost ₦200,000.

At the national level, Expression of Interest forms cost ₦100,000 across all positions. Nomination forms are pegged at ₦10 million for National Chairman, ₦7.5 million each for Deputy National Chairmen (North and South) and National Secretary, and ₦5 million for other national offices. Aspirants seeking election as members of the National Executive Committee (NEC) will pay ₦250,000.

The APC also announced concessions for female aspirants, youths and persons living with disabilities, who are required to pay the full Expression of Interest fee but only 50 per cent of the prescribed Nomination fee for any position.

The release of the fee structure and congress timetable signals the party’s formal preparations for leadership renewal at all levels ahead of the 2026 National Convention.
