The Katsina State Hajj Committee Delegation has released the official manifest for the first and second batches of pilgrims scheduled to depart for the 2026 Hajj exercise in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
The delegation, speaking on behalf of the Katsina State Pilgrims Welfare Board, said the first flight is scheduled for May 11, 2026, while the second batch of pilgrims will depart on May 12, 2026.
According to the delegation, the first flight will convey pilgrims under flight codes KT001 to KT009 across several buses, while the second flight will cover pilgrims under flight codes KT010 to KT016, including special category pilgrims under KT024, KT036, KT037, KT041 and NMT KT.
The committee explained that the airlift arrangement is part of preparations aimed at ensuring a smooth and hitch-free pilgrimage exercise for intending pilgrims from the state.
It added that the manifests comprise pilgrims from different local government areas of Katsina State, including officials, special category pilgrims and support personnel assigned to the exercise.
The delegation further disclosed that arrangements concerning accommodation, transportation, feeding, medical screening and documentation had been concluded in collaboration with relevant authorities and stakeholders in Nigeria and Saudi Arabia.
It advised all pilgrims scheduled for the two flights to report early at designated departure centres for final screening, verification and other travel formalities before departure.
The committee also urged intending pilgrims to remain law-abiding, maintain discipline and comply strictly with Saudi Arabian Hajj regulations as well as instructions from officials throughout the pilgrimage period.
The delegation reassured pilgrims and their families of the Katsina State Government’s commitment to ensuring the welfare, safety and comfort of all pilgrims participating in the 2026 Hajj exercise.
